RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build data warehousing systems using Informatica software tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, ETL/ELT and MDM
  • Design and implement data warehouse solutions
  • Guide the customer on Informatica DQ center enablement with technical DQ rules/workflows
  • Analyze database models and conduct data quality tests
  • Work with engineering teams to understand requirements and evaluate the architecture to help drive decisions
  • Build collaborative partnerships with architects and key individuals within other functional groups
  • Generate detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments when designing high-quality technical solutions
  • Monitor and foster a high-performance engineering culture while providing other team members technical leadership
  • Implement functionality without supervision and test work thoroughly using test cases


REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working with Informatica Intelligent cloud services and Informatica PowerCenter tools such as workflow manager, designer, and monitor
  • Highly skilled with the development and monitoring within IICs as well as Implementing API Calls
  • Exposure to building Plugins/SDK in IICS
  • Strong understanding of Relational Databases such as SQL optimization, Stored Procedures, Transactions, Isolation Levels and Security
  • Comfortable working with various Data platforms such as Hadoop, Oracle and Teradata
  • Hands on experience working with data modelling and Data Mesh Methodologies such as OLAP, OLTP, ETL, DWH, Data Lake and Delta Lake
  • Production experience with programming languages such as SQL and XTML
  • History of working with Data Management, Data Storage, Data Visualization, Data Integration, MDM, Disaster Recovery and Availability
  • Knowledge of Row-level data security & auditing
  • Ability to troubleshoot outages of average complexity and identify performance issues
  • Comfortable with pattern-driven solutioning and choosing the best requirements keeping in mind technical constraints
  • Familiar with BlackRock Aladdin Wealth Application
