Endpoint is looking for a Lead Security Architect to develop and guide our InfoSec strategy in collaboration with our engineering, IT, and operations teams. This includes Design Reviews, Threat Modeling, Security Requirements, Secure SDLC, Vulnerability Assessments, Security Scanning and Security/Penetration Testing. This position reports directly into the Director of Infrastructure & IT.
As the Lead Security Architect, you will use your skills to:
- Serve as subject matter expert in product security architecture, security testing, secure design review and reporting.
- Communicate security concepts to a variety of audiences including business and technical leaders as well as senior leadership.
- Leads discussions, assessments, tracking and overall reporting of technology security risks
- Work with the design and development teams to ensure that application security risks are identified and remediated while maintaining a balance between security & productivity.
- Ensure systems are designed in accordance with and are aligned with Endpoint information security policies and standards.
- Execute advanced risk and threat analysis activities, leveraging learnings from external and internal cyber trends and incidents
You'll come to Endpoint with:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience (including public cloud, secure application development, virtual network big data, elastic compute, cloud security)
- 1-3 years of practical cloud information security experience
- Extensive knowledge of information security principles and functions
- Extensive knowledge and experience with diverse IT architectures, external hosted services, and cloud computing environments.
- Two or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Public Cloud Architect, MCSE Cloud, VMWare VCP6-Cloud, EMCCA (EMC Cloud Architect) or GIAC
