Job Summary
Enterprise Information Services is responsible for Aerospace’s classified and unclassified enterprise IT environment. You will be a member of the Information Security team that is responsible for incident response, forensics, security assessments, risk mitigation programs, vulnerability scanning, identity and access management and integrating systems across the enterprise.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You will engineer, maintain, and oversee implementation of information security and identity and access management integrations across the enterprise
- You will mature operational processes and transition over to operation-focused teams
- You will enforce policies, procedures, and associated plans for system security administration and user system access based on industry-standard best practices
- You will collaborate within IT on corporate technology development to secure information, computer, network, and processing systems
- You will provide input to security policies and practices per customer requirements (NIST, DFARS)
- You will upkeep knowledge on trends and issues in the security industry, including current and emerging technologies and policies
- You will provide Tier 3 support to help troubleshoot complex issues and architect new solutions as needed
What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirements Level II:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Computer Science, Information Systems or related
- Typically, 3 or more years of relevant experience
- Solid knowledge of common IAM technical principles, theories, concepts, and tools
- Prior hands-on experience with IAM solutions
- Working knowledge of Windows & Linux operating systems.
- Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through day-to-day management
- Excellent knowledge of technology environments, including information security and authentication solutions.
- This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, which is issued by the US government. U.S citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirements Level III:
In addition to required qualifications for Staff II
- Typically, 5 or more years of relevant experience
- Planning, organizing and developing IT security technologies
- Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through day-to-day management

It would be impressive if you have one or more of these:
- Master’s degree from an accredited program
- 5-7 years of experience
- Seeks opportunities for process improvement, recommends improvements and contributes to solutions. Demonstrations of the personal initiative are highly regarded.
- Experience implementing large-scale solutions across unique enterprise infrastructures
- Experience maturing pre-existing environments and transitioning them over to appropriate teams
- Experience with systems design, security hardening and development from business requirements analysis through day-to-day management
