Head of Business Technology 

Now that we’ve found a product-market fit, Miro is seeking to hire a strong leader and operator to continue building and running our Business Technology function focused on integrating and maintaining go-to-market systems and tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, Zendesk, Gainsight, etc., our internal admin system, and data pipelines.

In this high leverage position, you will be a strategic partner to our Heads of Sales, Marketing, Success, and Operations; have significant ownership to drive business-critical initiatives in close coordination with multiple functions (finance, marketing, people, operations, growth, sales, data, etc.); and have an amazing opportunity to help Miro accelerate our existing momentum, scale our business initiatives and maximize our full potential.

What you’ll do:

  • Understand GTM processes that span across departments, work with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize and automate these processes
  • Create processes and controls to ensure data integrity within Salesforce, Hubspot, admin panel, unified CRM and other systems, and promote operational efficiency 
  • Build and maintain a robust set of integrations and internal tools to support cross-functional processes and workflows, create more transparency and reduce friction for GTM teams; admin panel, high volume email solution, unified CRM, quote-to-cash, billing, and ERP.
  • Manage, build, and budget for cross-functional system and tools; Build process for evaluating new technologies and tools to improve business performance 
  • Collaborate closing with Marketing, Self-Serve, Sales and Data teams to continuously iterate and improve our Lead Engine; Data enrichment, lead scoring, routing and revenue tracking. 
  • Work closely with the Deal Desk, Sales and Sales Ops functions, as well as team members in Accounting, Legal, Finance, and Tech Operations teams to identify and implement process and system improvements for quote-to-cash and billing
  • Continue building and run out Business Technology team
  • Formulate and execute on our internal tools and systems strategy
  • Administer third-party systems, and build and maintain a robust set of integrations and internal tools to support go-to-market processes and workflows
  • Partner closely with all business teams to solve scaling challenges
  • Partner most closely with Sales, Marketing, and Success leaders to empower their teams to achieve their goals

We’d you'll need:

  • 8+ years of work experience and background in Software Engineering, Product Management, Integrations, Sales Operations, or Business Technology at B2B SaaS companies
  • 2+ years of experience managing a Business Technology team at a high-growth Enterprise SaaS company scaling from $10M+ to $100M+ in ARR
  • Strong experience with Salesforce administration and integrations, and hands-on experience with Marketing and CS tools such as Marketo/Hubspot, Zendesk, Gainsight, etc.
  • Solid understanding of Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success processes at Enterprise B2B SaaS companies; experience with Self-Serve product adoption is a plus 
  • Excellent ability to understand a business problem and identify an appropriate technical solution to it
  • Solid track record of driving complex technical projects to success
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally
