The growth team at ClickUp is a small, versatile, and data driven group of strategists and scientists who are constantly hunting for ways to improve our key metrics. Our mandate is to work across every part of the business – sales, success, product, marketing – to make an impact on our revenue and growth metrics.
We’re looking for a data-driven and experiment-oriented engineer to come learn and execute on new growth strategies. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to join one of the fastest growing SaaS companies in the world in a highly impactful role!
The Role
- You’ll help us set up and scale a data-driven analytics and experimentation infrastructure.
- You’ll take part in our hypothesis building and code our ideas into features that move the needle on key metrics, including conversion, retention, and virality.
- You’ll analyze data, automate processes, seek out patterns, and make inferences on ways to measurably improve our product and services.
- You’ll be exposed to all parts of the business and be a core contributor to our team’s productivity and the success of our millions of users!
Your Skills
- You love to deep dive into problems and solve them, often initially with a scrappy 80/20 approach.
- You feel comfortable picking up new languages and jumping into the code base as we build out internal tooling, integrate workflows via APIs, and dive into the user journey.
- You have built or used A/B testing tools and are very comfortable with statistical significance and common types of statistical bias.
- You’re passionate about growth, best in class user experience, and you bring in an experimental mindset that breaks complex problems down into actionable tasks.
