THE ROLE

PrettyLitter is looking for a Full Stack Developer (Los Angeles or Remote) with a focus on Frontend Development who has experience with headless commerce builds. Experience with ReCharge, Tailwind, and Netlify is a plus. 3+ years of experience required.

Position is Remote for a company based in Los Angeles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop mobile-first, responsive experiences on our Netlify headless commerce UI platform that integrates with Shopify Plus and ReCharge or Shopify Subscriptions
• Ensure that all development work aligns with design comps and supports our list of supported browsers and devices
• Support our Sr. Developer / Architect with a multitude of projects

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor UI trends to identify opportunities for improvement
• Communicate effectively to internal teams

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3+ years experience working in a Full Stack Developer role, ideally for an e-commerce brand or agency.
• Strong HTML, CSS / SASS and JS skills.
• Familiarities or experiences with JS frameworks.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop is a plus.
• Experience with A/B Testing tools. Convert experience is a plus.

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

• Vue.js experience is a plus.
• Nuxt.js experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in early-stage high growth e-commerce startups
• Strong knowledge of SEO, ADA, and UX standards
