Digital Engineer
In an era of dynamic change in space, Aerospace is addressing a generation of complex challenges. We operate the only federally funded research and development center (FFRDC) committed exclusively to the space enterprise. Our technical experts span every discipline of space-related science and engineering. Join our team and thrive in a career that matters to the world and you personally.
Responsibilities
Analog, microwave, and digital engineering collide on the high-speed electronics information super-highway in space. We collaborate with companies to assist development of their state-of-the-art technologies. We then apply these technologies, our knowledge, and our laboratory facilities to solve hard problems in RF and optical communication systems and high-speed data links for national security space applications. Modeling, simulation, and hardware prototype and testbed realizations take place in our labs. Our academic-like collegial atmosphere encourages collaboration with and two-way learning between our engineers and you.
This position can be filled as an Aerospace Member of Technical Staff or Senior Member of Technical Staff
