Job Description
BAE Systems is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E) team for an exciting opportunity supporting the MMIII weapon system. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a highly-skilled team that integrates with the government's Test Managers to support ICBM acquisition and sustainment program testing. This person will help establish test and evaluation requirements as part of the systems engineering process for design changes or modifications to the weapon system. They will assist with identifying, verifying, and validating the adequacy of test and evaluation requirements and plans and will also provide planning oversight support for test and evaluation activities. ICBM, Minuteman III, and DT&E experience is highly desirable.
The position is located at Hill AFB, Utah. US citizenship status is required.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
BS/MS in Electronic engineering, Electrical engineering, physics, or mathematics. 3 yrs of directly related experience (2 yrs with MS degree)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Minuteman III ICBM Weapon System experience
  • Experience supporting Weapon System acquisitions or sustainment programs
  • Electrical, Systems, or Test Engineering degrees
  • Experience in Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E) and Development Test & Evaluation (DT&E)
  • Experience reviewing technical documents to assess for risks and baseline incongruencies
  • Current Secret clearance or higher is preferred

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $70735 - $120250
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
