The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering & two (2) years of relevant experience within the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English).
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Experience in:
- Proficiency in managing manufacturing equipment using CMMS systems, including failure mode analysis and equipment troubleshooting.
- Proven track record in Systems Reliability, focusing on downtime reduction and maintenance optimization.
- Ability to analyze processes, propose solutions, and resolve issues effectively.
- Deviation processes and CAPA implementation.

- Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- Under general supervision, will evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, basic principles, and procedures.
- Function as a technical expert in processing equipment and/or systems during troubleshooting operations and multi-functional discussions.
- Routinely audit the operational performance and regulatory compliance of a moderate number of equipment items or systems of significant complexity.
- Work with research, manufacturing, maintenance, process development, utilities, facilities, quality assurance, and/or validation departments.
- Work under the direct supervision of project managers to complete design, engineering, and construction projects within schedule and budget constraints.
- Work with consultants, architects, and engineering firms on the development of standard design documents.
- Generate rudimentary project cost estimates and schedules.
- Obtain and critique quotes for equipment modifications or installations.
