The Engagement Specialist is a crucial role within our organization, requiring work in various capacities and adaptation to different work arrangements based on the needs set by business.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the clinical department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, procedures, and consultations, optimizing provider availability and patient experience. 
  • Maintain and update accurate patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations (HIPAA). 
  • Support clinical staff by organizing medical charts, files, and other documentation essential for smooth clinical operations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow and patient care coordination.
  • Manage administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence related to clinical operations. 
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies regarding patient confidentiality and data security. 
  • Adapt to changing business needs and work arrangements as directed by management.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ years of experience in a related field (internship experience included). 
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and clinical workflows.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 an hour
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
