We are seeking an experienced Engagement Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and evaluate effective strategies and tactics that increase audience engagement across Medlive.com programs. This individual will own program performance across multiple therapeutic areas for both clinicians and patients/caregivers.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic, data-driven marketer who can craft compelling messaging, manage budgets, and translate audience and performance insights into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure performance goals and KPI milestones are met for all assigned programs
- Develop and execute effective strategies to increase audience acquisition and engagement with assigned video education programs
- Create powerful messaging that engages target audiences
- Monitor audience engagement and acquisition metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Present program performance and marketing strategies to internal stakeholders
- Manage and mentor direct reports, including day-to-day leadership, regular performance communication, formal performance reviews, and onboarding and training for new hires
- Manage marketing budgets for assigned programs and deliver spend at or below budget
- Leverage AI tools to streamline campaign workflows, enhance content development, and improve efficiency in performance analysis and reporting
Qualifications & Experiences:
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or audience engagement, preferably within a digital health, education, or media environment
- Proven track record of developing and executing email campaigns and engagement and acquisition strategies that meet or exceed KPIs
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing a small team, including performance management and onboarding
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategy
- Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering programs at or below budget
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to own multiple campaigns simultaneously; familiarity with leveraging AI tools to improve marketing efficiency is a plus
The expected salary range for this position is $90,000–$105,000, determined by relevant experience and prior performance.
