Color’s Engagement Marketing team works alongside our clients to create customized communications plans to help drive enrollment and ongoing engagement in the Color benefit. Your audience will be both Color’s clients, and potential end-users of Color’s product. 

The Engagement Marketing team is seeking a curious, creative, and detail-oriented Engagement Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and organization. In this role, you’ll support the design, project management, and execution of multi-channel communication campaigns that drive member enrollment across Color’s customer base.

You’ll work closely with clients across our book of business to understand their unique populations, identify the channels and messaging that resonate most, and recommend tailored strategies to achieve enrollment goals. This includes presenting Color’s engagement marketing approach to clients, earning their trust, and customizing campaigns across email, mail, digital, and in-person events. 

This is a highly visible and cross-functional role. You’ll collaborate with Customer Success Managers to strengthen relationships with client stakeholders and partner with internal teams, including Design, Product, and Medical Affairs, to deliver enrollment and engagement programs that help Color stand out. You’ll enjoy the role if you are energized by brainstorming with clients, solving complex outreach challenges, and driving creative campaigns that make healthcare more accessible.

Responsibilities 
- Lead the end-to-end creation and execution of multi-channel member outreach campaigns (email, mail, digital events, creative campaigns) 
-vWrite, edit, and test copy that engages different population segments across clientsPartner with Customer Success and clients to recommend rollout strategies tailored to specific populations and enrollment goals
Clinical
-Maintain campaign calendars and documentation, ensuring clarity across internal and client teams
- Own and improve workflows for launching campaigns at scale, driving operational excellenceIdentify new growth or engagement opportunities based on campaign data and audience behavior

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience executing high volume marketing campaigns, preferably for a B2B2C product.
  • Experience creating and implementing comprehensive enrollment marketing plans, preferably for a B2B2C product
  • Demonstrated success driving multi-channel engagement and member acquisition using segmentation, personalization and triggered communications
  • Strong project management, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience collaborating with and presenting to clients 
  • Experience managing and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data to inform strategy adjustments
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to enrollment marketing efforts
  • Motivated and energetic, proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, learn quickly and drive toward defined goals and targets in a fast-paced high growth environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with union and blue collar populations
  • Experience using and executing campaigns in Braze software
  • Healthcare B2B2C healthcare marketing experience
  • Experience working with Metabase, Google Suite

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: work experience, market data, skills, geographic location, and business need. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
