The IQVIA Digital Measurement Client Engagement team executes measurement projects using these new and novel solutions from start to finish, coordinating with expert teams throughout the process including clinicians, statisticians, and others while providing strategic guidance to our clients.
This role manages multiple consulting projects of varying complexity ensuring on-time delivery for clients in the life sciences field. The Engagement Manager role is responsible for bringing together a cross-functional team to deliver on client measurement solutions bridging IQVIA KPIs to client business questions.
Essential Functions:
- Manages project teams including both internal and external resources in the design, development, and delivery of client measurement solutions
- Leads teams to review and analyze client requirements or challenges and ensures high client satisfaction
- Coordinates with internal teams to develop project plan with timelines and deliverables and leads project to successful on-time completion
- Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems
- Serves as key point of contact with client
- Provides high level input to, and ensures the development of, omnichannel measurement solutions and delivers all or significant portions of findings to client
- Develops and/or elevates new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leads
- Proactively continues to strengthen subject matter expertise through on the job experience, participation in conferences, and other forums for professional knowledge sharing
- Proactively mentors, coaches and shares subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Master's Degree Preferred
- 8 - 10 years of experience in omnichannel measurement, ideally in the pharmaceutical marketing space
- Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
- Demonstrates excellent project management skills, client influencing, and relationship building skills
- Ability to think through client strategy and help them develop measurement business rules
- Strong background in working with data and pulling insights based on KPIs
- Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities, and deliver on tight deadlines
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client influencing skills
- Proven track record of data mining and data acumen
- Experience with data visualization - Tableau, PowerBI preferred but not required
- Experience with patient level data is preferred but not required

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $113,700.00 - $316,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
