Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual… 

To join our team as an Energy Efficiency Field Specialist in between the Fresno and Stockton areas! In this role, you'll act as local on-site program and company representative to homeowners and contractors. Conduct in-home quality control (QC) visits through a defined territory. Provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. This job will entail 80% field work and 20% remote office work.

• Conduct post-installation quality control verifications for residential homes, and other field tasks for data gathering activities through a defined territory.

• Provide ongoing programmatic support to participating contactors.

• Track contractor data and interactions through internal database.

In this exciting opportunity, you must have… 

• 4-7 years relevant experience

• 3–6-year HVAC, plumbing or electrical trade background

• High School or Associates Degree w/relevant industry technical certification/training preferred

• Bi/Multi-Lingual candidates are preferred for this role, we work with a diverse network of contractors where English is spoken as second language

• BPI Analyst certification preferred

Compensation Range: $29.00 - $33.00 / Hourly

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
