Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services BGS, is seeking an End User Support Specialist in San Luis Obispo, CA.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Support desktop hardware and virtual machines
  • Provide program engineering and productivity application support
  • Perform CVE and POAM remediation activities
  • Perform Domain account manage and access management
  • Conduct basic network troubleshooting
  • Assist with planning and perform execution of upgrades to hardware and software
  • Respond/triage help desk enquiries for OS, applications, and environment access/network issues
  • Support onsite and virtual employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance
  • Current CompTIA Security+ Certification

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experience with Exchange user management
  • Experience with end user Virtual machine technologies
  • Experience with Linux
  • Experience with desktop image capturing and deployment

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary base pay range $73,500 - $85,000
