We are looking for an End to End Supply Chain Senior Manager. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing supply chain for a few of the Native product categories.

In This Role, You’ll Get To:

• Manage and optimize supply chains for assigned product categories:
• Packing components
• Screen printing/decorating
• Raw material planning
• Demand vs Capacity optimization
• Own & develop relationship for assigned suppliers & Contract Manufacturers
• Finished good inventory management
• Work cross-functionally across various teams including R&D, Pack Dev, QA, Purchasing Teams
• Develop & implement process improvements within Native OPs for:
• New product launches
• Overall process efficiencies
• Maintain >98% Case Fill Rate averages by product form

Job Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of Product Operations, Supply Chain or Inventory Planning experience is preferred
• Strong background in supply chains, data analysis, forecasting and demand planning
• A self-driven, highly motivated, bias towards action skill set
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience working for a tangible product line
• Experience working in SAP
• Experience working with Excel/Google Sheets and/or project management tools

Pay Range: $105,000 - $154,000

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of equal opportunity factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skills, and level of experience.
