The role:


  • As the Enablement Specialist, you’ll support the development, and delivery of programs that equip and empower our Customer Organization  
  • Working closely with our Enablement Programs manager, Marketing, and team members across the Customer Org, you will provide training of our internal tools and product support to the customer organization
  • You will support in facilitating engaging, effective, and measurable learning experiences for the org so that they can leverage the tools and resources available to them 
  • You will play a key role in our new team member onboarding program and enablement events throughout the year, and in the project planning processes for Go-to-Market events. 
What you'll do: Internal Tools & Product Knowledge Enablement
  • Deliver interactive training (courses, live sessions, async resources) to equip customer-facing teams with technical tools and product knowledge.
  • Build materials for tools (e.g., Tableau, Gong, Salesloft, Gainsight, SFDC) and evolving product features in partnership with Product/Marketing.
  • Proactively assess learning needs and provide quarterly action plans with clear deliverables.
  • Keep resources accurate and current; use feedback/data to improve learning effectiveness
New Customer Team Member Onboarding
  • Update and evolve the onboarding program in Highspot to accelerate ramp-up for Customer Org roles.
  • Continuously adapt programs based on business needs, data, and feedback from leaders and new hires.
  • Track and report new hire progress, highlighting strengths and opportunities to managers and other stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain onboarding schedules for all incoming team members.
Sales Enablement Platform Management (Organization, Reporting, Governance)
  • Collaborate with the Enablement Team to ensure clear governance, structure, and strategy for the Highspot learning platform.
  • Document clear frameworks for uploading, organizing, and auditing resources.
  • Ensure resources are accurate, discoverable, and aligned with best practices.
  • Share regular usage insights, best practices, and updates with users and stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with Highspot CSM to optimize platform usage and adoption.
Go-to-Market Kickoff Event Planning
  • Help coordinate Go-to-Market live events in partnership with Marketing and Customer leaders. 
  • Create project plans, schedules, and workstream documentation 
  • Provide regular stakeholder updates, increasing cadence ahead of events.
  • Plan non-product event elements (awards, engagement, logistics, pre/post-work).
  • Collaborate across the Enablement team to ensure alignment and strategic impact.

Why you’re a great fit:

  • You have 3+ years experience in project coordination, sales enablement, learning & development, and content management 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill technical information easily to a variety of audiences
  • Strong engagement and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once 
  • Collaborative, creative, and takes initiative to complete projects and tasks independently 
  • Highspot, Salesforce (SFDC), Gong experience is a plus 
  • Experience in enabling sales and customer success organizations is preferred 

Compensation: 

Base compensation: $67,750 - $75,000. Total compensation for this role also includes incentive stock options and benefits.
