Smartly’s Global Commercial Enablement team is hiring a Product Training Manager & Platform Evangelist. You will own the re-imagination of internal learning experiences for our commercial teams around key domain topics like digital advertising and the paid social ecosystem in order to scale and up level employee development, so they can be the best strategic advisors to our customers. As part of our enablement team, you will also serve as our Smartly Platform Evangelist actively promoting and encouraging the adoption and utilization of Smartly internally and externally with key customers. 

This role is ideal for someone who can envision, design, implement, and foster a culture of continuous learning across our organization. You will work to optimize, improve, and in most cases completely reimagine our current processes and programs so that we can not only meet but exceed our goals. 

As the Product Training Manager you will...

  • Create and maintain the internal training program for Smartly’s commercial teams in close collaboration with Enablement, Product Marketing and Learning & Development
  • Create and maintain scalable, innovative training content around key domains such as digital advertising, paid social and digital marketing
  • Empower Sales & Customer Success teams by designing and delivering impactful skill-based and situational training programs (both in person and virtual)
  • Act as the resident platform story teller, bringing to life the Smartly platform and products through presentations and demos
  • Establish program objectives, metrics & measure training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement
  • Be encouraged to measure the training program quality and capture feedback, to ensure continuous improvement, and adjust the material and training to deliver maximum results
  • Partner with Learning & Development on domain training for new hire onboarding to drive new hire engagement
  • Build strong relationships with sellers, customer success team members, leaders & other internal teams at Smartly
  • Lead the development and delivery of sales, agency and customer success specific onboarding program(s) focused on setting up new joiners in the Commercial org for success 

We are looking for...

  • 7+ years of Training, Learning & Development or other directly relevant experience
  • Ability to translate complex, technical concepts and workflows into clear, compelling stories that resonate with customers and bring the product vision to life
  • Passion for empowering others, and demonstrating impact to the organization
  • Ability to design, develop and deliver fully implemented programs and resources
  • Demonstrate sophisticated learning and teaching strategies for high impact
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across all internal teams
  • Result driven; able to accomplish both project and team goals
  • A teammate capable of dedication and flexibility in a fast paced environment
  • Preference for Digital Advertising, Paid Social or Digital Marketing industry experience
  • Bonus if you've worked with any LMS system, including Sana Labs or Highspot.

The base pay range for this position is as mentioned below per year, plus annual bonus. We take into consideration an individual’s background, expertise, and experience in determining final salary. In addition to annual salary, Smartly’s total rewards provide employees with stock options, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement savings benefits, parental leave, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, life insurance and disability benefits.
