As an Enablement Manager at Rain, you will be instrumental in equipping our GTM teams with the tools, training, and content they need to drive success and achieve revenue targets. Your role will focus on developing and implementing strategies that enhance the effectiveness of our GTM process through education and direct support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and Development:
    • Design, implement, and manage sales training programs that enhance the skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work of GTM staff
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to assess ongoing and future training needs and develop interventions aimed at addressing those needs
  • GTM Support and Tools:
    • Develop and maintain a suite of enablement tools, including playbooks, case studies, competitive insights, and product datasheets
    • Ensure GTM team members have access to the necessary content, tools, and resources to drive sales cycles
  • Content Management:
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and GTM teams to ensure content is comprehensive, up-to-date, and aligned with market trends and customer needs
    • Manage the GTM content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze GTM team performance to identify strengths and areas for improvement
    • Provide data-driven reports and insights to leadership to help shape strategic decisions
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Serve as a liaison between GTM, product teams, and customer success to ensure alignment and cohesiveness in go-to-market and customer engagement strategies
    • Facilitate communication across teams to ensure that objectives are understood and the impact of initiatives is maximized
  • Onboarding:
    • Oversee the onboarding process for new GTM staff, ensuring they are quickly integrated into the team and equipped with the knowledge to perform effectively
    • Continuously improve the onboarding process based on feedback and changing business needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in enablement, training, or a directly related field within a sales-focused organization
  • Minimum of 2 years as a people manager
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes and methodologies, preferably in B2B industries
  • Proven ability to develop effective training materials and conduct engaging training sessions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM platforms and enablement tools such as Gong, HubSpot, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and lead projects effectively
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement

Additional Requirements:

  • Availability to travel as needed for team training and events up to 4 times a year.

Compensation:

$120,000 - $135,000 + bonus

Note this is a range and we take in a variety of factors when determining total compensation for the position.
