About Fello:

Fello is a profitable, hyper-growth, VC-backed B2B SaaS company building the agentic real estate platform of the future.

Our platform combines data intelligence, marketing automation, and conversational AI to help real estate teams engage smarter and scale faster. At the center of it is Felix, our AI teammate, which takes real work off a team's plate — running follow-up across calls, texts, and emails today, with more of the team's day-to-day work coming next.

We're not another tool in the stack. We're the system that powers it — learning, adapting, and executing in real time so teams can focus on growth, not guesswork.

If you're excited about building an AI product that's changing how an entire industry works, you'll fit right in.

About You:

You will own GTM enablement across Sales and Customer Success: onboarding and ramp, ongoing skills programs, certifications, product enablement and rollout program management for new tools, plays, and increasingly, AI agents. This is a senior individual contributor role who wants to drive impact through their own craft and the strategic deployment of AI, rather than through managing a team. You run the function end to end and partner with our GTM AI team to produce content and automate delivery. You will build the system that makes the revenue team better every quarter.

You Will:
  • Own the enablement calendar, onboarding and ramp program, and certification cadence across Sales and Customer Success
  • Run rollout program management for new tools, plays, process changes, and AI agent launches
  • Partner with the GTM AI team to shift content production toward AI-produced assets and to automate program delivery
  • Build enablement metrics: ramp time, competency and certification completion, play adoption, and correlation to rep performance
  • Stabilize and level up in-flight enablement programs as you onboard into the role
  • Create guides, playbooks, glossaries, FAQs, slide decks, interactive trainings, talk tracks and other resource/training materials to facilitate skill development and product enablement. You’ll need to build an AI-based system that allows for close to 15 product releases a month.
  • Work closely with Sales and CS leadership and act as the translation layer between Product launches and what Sales/CS actually need to sell and support them.
  • Plan and Execute an Annual GTM Kickoff
You Have:
  • 5 to 7 years of GTM enablement at a SaaS company, with hands-on program ownership, not solely content authoring
  • You have stood up or scaled onboarding, ramp, and certification programs and are comfortable with rollout program management
  • Experience enabling both Sales and Customer Success organizations
  • Demonstrated record of deploying AI tools in a GTM enablement context (e.g., AI roleplay platforms, conversation intelligence, generative content workflows, manager coaching aids). Specific examples (problem, tool, adoption, and outcome) will be expected during interviews.
  • Proven success as a true “player-coach,” equally comfortable with strategic planning and hands-on execution, including content creation, training and facilitation.
  • Proficiency with scaling enablement programs using using existing technology including CRM (Hubspot), LMS (Articulate Rise), content management (Confluence), internal communication (Google suite) and conversation intelligence tools (Gong)
  • Strong measurement and data-driven mindset; ability to define KPIs, track enablement ROI, and use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
Our Benefits:
  • Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary and benefits package.
  • Flexible Work Environment: Fully remote work with flexible hours to promote work-life balance.
  • Professional Growth: Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Paid Time Off: Generous PTO and paid holidays to recharge and relax.
  • Collaborative Culture: A supportive team environment that values innovation and collaboration.
  • Equity Options: Opportunity to own a part of Fello and share in our success.
  • Cutting-Edge Projects: Work on innovative products that leverage AI and advanced technologies.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
