The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 3+ years experience in Labor and Employment Law.
- Experience defending clients in employment litigation, including class action/PAGA cases.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Admitted to practice in the state of California.
- Located in California.
