Job Responsibilities
- Management and responsibility of production, preparation and reporting of the Daily P&L and Risk and ensuring it is completed in an efficient and controlled manner
- Partnering with the wider business to drive forth and implement robust controls and implement strategic initiatives
- Providing detailed analysis and commentary on the financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management
- Coordinating various front & back office support functions to ensure resolution of control and reporting issues in an accurate and timely manner
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvements and ensuring processes adapt to meet changing systems and evolving requirements
- Driving key projects and initiatives related to all the above, as well as larger cross-business programs
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Extensive work experience in Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or related area
- Extensive experience of team management and ability to influence stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail including a strong control focus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
- Experience with Alteryx or Python
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education.

- Qualified accountant
- Detailed understanding of equity swaps
- Strong Excel skills and a keen interest in process automation
- Multiple years of people management experience and a track record of developing individuals and building a team
- Ability to challenge the status quo and tackle issues at their root cause
