About the role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven EMEA Adobe Technical Presales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be working as part of the EMEA Center of Excellence for Data, AI and Applications supporting the Adobe sales teams, gaining accreditation and subject matter expert expertise (predominantly for one vendor), working internally/externally with the partner base and sales organisation on defining less complex solutions and projects for partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and configure vendor solutions, including defining a Bill of Materials to meet customer requirements.

  • Provide outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.

  • Address product/solution inquiries from internal/external sales, vendors, and resellers.

  • Maintain peer-level technical contacts within assigned vendors.

  • Achieve the required level of technical knowledge in product or technology groups and obtain any necessary vendor-related accreditations.

  • Support the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to enhance sales activity and improve partner utilization rates.

  • Deliver technical support for presales, including proofs of concept, demonstrations, and technical webinars for key stakeholders such as local and EU BDMs.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 2 years minimum experience in working in a similar role with Adobe products.

  • Existing knowledge of Adobe product and technology portfolio is mandatory for this seniority of role.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, priority management and planning skills.

  • IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Competition and End User is desirable but not mandatory depending on seniority of role.
