Do you have a passion for helping people achieve their dreams of a growing family? An exciting opportunity awaits you with Reproductive Partners Medical Group, Inc. a leading fertility practice in Southern California! Our Beverly Hills/Los Angeles location is seeking a full-time Embryologist.

What You'll Do

RPMG is seeking a full-time, experienced Embryologist who will be responsible for performing IVF laboratory procedures to produce consistent pregnancy rates and deliver exceptional patient care. You will be part of a dedicated team working under Laboratory Director to provide exceptional clinical outcomes. This position includes rotating weekends.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining daily laboratory quality control.
  • Identifies, assess, and culture of oocytes.
  • Performing in vitro fertilization.
  • Embryo culture and assessments.
  • Selection and preparation of embryos for transfer.
  • Micromanipulation techniques including ICSI, and trophoblast biopsy.
  • Embryo and oocyte vitrification, storage, and warming,
  • Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
  • Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.

Who You Are:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry or other related field.
  • Previous work experience (minimum 2-3 years) in an IVF laboratory.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to communicate accurately and concisely.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Computer skills required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.
