Join us as a Senior Associate in Business Management, supporting the Embedded Finance & Solutions Payments Product team. This role offers strategic support and financial guidance for Embedded Finance, a new suite of digital-native payment solutions designed to serve global marketplace and platform clients.
Be part of a team with significant opportunities to drive impact, supporting the delivery of new products at scale through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives. This position offers exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to support multiple product areas.
As a Senior Associate in Business Management, you will provide strategic guidance through business case development and competitive benchmark analyses, and financial guidance through P&L management. Collaborate across lines of business and functional groups to support revenue and growth goals, ensuring accurate forecasts and financial control.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of monthly business unit reviews by coordinating across lines of business and functional groups.
- Assist with the Annual Financial Plan and Monthly Forecasting process, owning the end-to-end modeling.
- Support revenue and growth goals through product development strategy, client engagement, and pricing analysis.
- Generate regular reporting on revenue, expense, sales, and professional services activities.
- Collaborate across finance and business to ensure accurate forecasts and financial control.
- Engage in creating senior management presentations and providing effective reporting to executives.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Excellent technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to work across a broad set of stakeholders including Product, Technology, Commercialization, and Marketing.
- Demonstrated curiosity and ability to independently solve problems.
- Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can navigate ambiguous problem statements.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Experience in Payments, with merchant acquiring or treasury services as a plus.
