Position Overview
As a Remote Email Support Agent, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email, resolving issues, and providing detailed product information.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Management: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Account Assistance: Assist customers with managing their accounts and billing inquiries.
- Documentation: Document customer interactions and maintain a detailed record of all support requests.
- Escalation: Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when needed.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of customer service experience, particularly in email support.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions.
- Proficiency in email management software (e.g., Zendesk, Gmail) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $22+ per hour (depending on experience).
