As a Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns tailored to our B2B audience.

This position is virtual/remote which means the work can be completed from anywhere is the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target B2B customers.

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Utilize your knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create, customize, and optimize email templates, automation journeys, and customer segmentation.

  • Content Creation: Work closely with content creators to develop engaging email content, including newsletters, product announcements, event invitations, and more.

  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, email copy, design, and calls-to-action to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

  • Segmentation: Create and manage segmented email lists to deliver targeted messages to specific B2B customer segments, ensuring relevant and personalized content.

  • Automation: Develop and maintain automated email workflows, drip campaigns, and trigger-based emails to nurture leads and engage customers throughout their journey.

  • Data Analysis: Monitor email campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns for better results.

  • Compliance: Stay informed about email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and ensure all email campaigns adhere to legal requirements.

  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on email marketing performance and share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.

  • Emerging Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging ad technologies and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

  • Other duties as assigned by manager

RELATIONSHIPS

  • Internal: Work closely with key stakeholders across marketing and creative teams.

WORK ENVIRONMENT (Select one)

  • Remote: This role is fully remote, and the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in the B2B space.

  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marketing automation tools.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.

  • Analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

  • Knowledge of B2B marketing best practices and trends.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

CERTIFICATIONS/TRAINING

  • Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.

This role will also receive annual incentive plan bonus.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds).  The expected base rate for this role is between

$55,000 - $90,000
