Location: San Francisco, United States (Hybrid 3days a-week)
We're looking for a data-driven and strategic Email Marketing Operations Manager to own and scale our email marketing programs in the U.S. market. We'd love to hear from you if you're passionate about lifecycle marketing, automation, and driving growth through email.
What You'll Do:Own end-to-end email operations: campaign planning, audience segmentation, A/B testing, deployment, and reporting
Build and optimize lifecycle marketing strategies that support key business goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, growth, and design teams.
Manage automation workflows, dynamic content, and personalized customer journeys.
Monitor and improve KPIs (OR, CTR, CVR, revenue) through data insights.
Ensure full compliance with CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and other U.S. data regulations.
Support and enable regional partners across target markets.
3–5+ years of hands-on email marketing experience
Strong experience with Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc.
Skilled in automation, segmentation, and CRM/email integrations
An analytical mindset with a love for data and performance metrics
Excellent project management and communication skills
Fluent English is required; Chinese is a plus
Background in e-commerce, DTC, or SaaS
Spanish language skills preferred.
HTML/CSS knowledge for email templates
Familiarity with SMS, CDP, push notifications, or omnichannel tools
