Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Email Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C email marketing, expertise in handling large-scale campaigns, and the ability to customize email content for diverse audience segments. This role requires proficiency with Braze as a marketing automation tool and a proven track record of driving engagement, retention, and conversions through email marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to target large-scale B2C audiences.
  • Utilize Braze to create, manage, and analyze email campaigns, ensuring they align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Segment audiences and customize email content to cater to specific demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine subject lines, content, and email designs for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to email delivery or campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2C email marketing, with a focus on large-scale audience targeting.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (ex. Braze, Sendgrid, Customio, Hubspot).
  • Strong understanding of email marketing analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with audience segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solver with a results-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other marketing tools or CRMs that complement email marketing.
  • Knowledge of lifecycle marketing and customer journey mapping.
  • Familiarity with multichannel marketing campaigns and how email integrates into broader strategies.
