We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team and play a vital role in growing and engaging our email audience. The role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive audience engagement, lead generation, and donor conversion. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, and execute a wide variety of email marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Manage and optimize all email automation processes, workflows, and drip campaigns.
- Oversee and coordinate list segmentation, imports, and data hygiene across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support promotional campaigns across channels including social media, paid ads, partnerships, and more.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and overall engagement.
- Continuously test and improve all email funnels to ensure the best possible user experience and customer journey.
- Provide ongoing reporting on list growth, segmentation performance, and engagement metrics.
- Maintain and manage lead generation initiatives with external partners to support audience growth.
Successful Candidates Will Possess:
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of HTML for email formatting is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Previous experience in content-driven, mission-oriented organizations is a plus.

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $62,000 - $70,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
