This role is ideal for an experienced email marketing professional who enjoys operating as a strategic advisor while remaining closely connected to program optimization. You’ll partner with key stakeholders to provide expert guidance on lifecycle and CRM initiatives, helping shape and strengthen Epic’s email marketing strategy as the platform continues to evolve. This is a contract position requiring approximately 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

1. Email Marketing Strategy
Provide strategic and tactical guidance on Epic’s email marketing programs.

2. Email Journeys & Automation
Review and optimize email journeys and automation to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

3. Segmentation & Targeting
Review and optimize segmentation and targeting strategies to ensure relevant and timely messaging.

4. Testing, Deliverability & Engagement
Review and optimize A/B testing strategy, deliverability, and engagement best practices.

5. Campaign Planning & Advisory Support
Serve as a strategic sounding board for campaign planning, optimization, and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Iterable

  • Strong background in lifecycle, CRM, and email marketing

  • Proven ability to provide strategic guidance rather than execution-heavy support

  • Comfortable operating in a consulting or advisory role with senior stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

Compensation: $45/hour
