What you'll do:
- Electrical design, product requirements, component selection, analysis, schematic capture, and documentation
- Using Altium to design board layouts according to given requirements
- Develop and generate work instruction packages for manufacturing and test of circuit card assemblies
- Perform electrical evaluation and selection of instrumentation (temperature, pressure, position, etc.)
- Review test data and recommend changes to products and processes
- Assist in growing the team by interviewing potential candidates
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering; or other engineering degree
- 3+ years of electrical hardware design experience, including schematic capture and PCB layout
- Strong understanding of electric circuit design fundamentals and electrical engineering principles
- Familiarity with basic electronic lab equipment, such as: power supplies, oscilloscopes, DMMs, signal generators, and soldering irons
- Experience in creation of design verification test plans and test execution
