Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive EHS IT Project Manager & Scrum Master Support to manage and streamline our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and project reporting, and will support the delivery of high-value IT work in a hybrid/remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory and review existing EHS and EHS IT Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog, including work items, bugs, tasks, and epics.
  • Triage and disposition break/fix and sustainment tickets (close, defer, reassign, or create knowledge base entries).
  • Develop and socialize a prioritization framework
    based on business value, effort, and risk.
  • Group work items into Epics/Features and align with logical releases.
  • Author and update user stories in ADO with clear acceptance criteria and definition of done.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies as needed, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Produce and maintain a project plan covering roadmap, sprint schedule, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Provide stakeholder reporting on a weekly cadence, including status updates, burn-down charts, and key metrics.
  • Identify risks, maintain a risk register, and drive mitigation actions.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, SharePoint.
  • Experienced in Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) domains, or related experience.
