Build and manage partnerships with schools, districts, nonprofits, foundations, and community organizations across Southern California. Conduct outreach, schedule and run meetings, support pilot launches and onboarding, attend events and conferences, generate leads, maintain CRM records, and help expand SPRIX-USA programs regionally.
SPRIX-USA is a global leader in educational enrichment, providing coding, financial literacy, and STEM programs to schools and communities. Our mission is to help students build critical thinking, problem-solving, and future-ready skills through engaging, scalable learning experiences.
We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Education Partnerships Representative to help expand our presence throughout Southern California.
The Education Partnerships Representative will develop relationships with school districts, individual schools, nonprofit organizations, foundations, and community partners to expand access to SPRIX-USA programs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building partnerships, attending community events, and creating opportunities that positively impact students.
This is a 30-hour-per-week position (additional hours as needed) with flexible scheduling. Simple and easily achievable commissions + mileage. $70,000+ per year after commissions and mileage is attainable for part time.
Key ResponsibilitiesSchool & District Outreach
- Visit schools and district offices to introduce SPRIX-USA programs
- Build relationships with principals, district administrators, Expanded Learning staff, and after-school program coordinators
- Schedule and conduct partnership meetings
- Represent SPRIX-USA at district and community events
- Support pilot program launches and school onboarding
- Develop relationships with:
- Nonprofit organizations
- Educational foundations
- Parent organizations (PTAs/PTOs)
- Chambers of Commerce
- Youth-serving organizations
- Community centers
- Corporate sponsors
- Philanthropic organizations
- Research new school and partnership opportunities
- Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules
- Track outreach activities and partnership opportunities
- Attend school events, education conferences, resource fairs, and community meetings
- Coordinate tabling opportunities and informational presentations
- Represent SPRIX-USA professionally in public settings
- Generate new partnership opportunities
- Help expand programs into new schools and districts
- Support strategic growth initiatives
- Collaborate with management on regional expansion plans
