JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Creative Marketing Editor to join our Ad Sales team and play a key role in shaping compelling, client-facing marketing content. This role sits at the intersection of editorial storytelling, brand strategy, and revenue, translating advertising solutions into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with clients and partners.

The ideal candidate is a strong editor and storyteller who understands how content drives business outcomes, thrives in a fast-paced media environment, and collaborates seamlessly with sales, design, and marketing teams.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Edit, write, and refine sales marketing sizzles and editorial pieces

  • Translate complex advertising products, data, and insights into clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned messaging

  • Partner closely with Ad Sales, Integrated Marketing, Research, and Design teams to develop compelling narratives for client pitches

  • Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and messaging across all Ad Sales materials

  • Elevate storytelling around branded content, sponsorships, digital, social, and cross-platform advertising solutions

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

  • Contribute ideas to improve sales enablement materials and streamline editorial workflows

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Experienced editor working in Adobe Premiere

  • Understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and sponsorships

  • Ability to edit content informed by audience insights, metrics, and performance data

  • Experience working alongside designers and creatives

  • 4–7 years of experience in editorial, marketing, branded content, or media sales support

  • Strong editing and writing skills with a keen eye for detail and narrative flow

  • Experience working with Ad Sales or client-facing marketing teams preferred

  • Ability to simplify complex ideas and data into engaging, client-friendly language

  • Familiarity with digital media, advertising products, and branded content strategies

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $74,000.00-95,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
