Job Description

Required Skills:

• Substantial experience, typically 8+ years in systems analysis and application program development 

• Previous experience, typically 3+ years in direct supervisory and management position 

• Extensive knowledge of the system development, life cycle, system and application program, & development technology alternatives 

• Can lead a large-scale project or multiple smaller projects 

• Extensive experience in Healthcare, EDI and Claims Processing


Roles & Responsibilities:

• Consults w/ clients in the analysis of short & long range business and technical requirements

• Organizes, analyzes, & controls the activities of the project team 

• Request necessary personnel for the various teams and effectively manage the code releases

• Prepares activity & progress reports for the team as directed by management. 

• Tracks & reports development status (schedule, budget, milestones, metrics, key events, risks & issues) to appropriate manage
