About the Role

As the EDI Growth Manager at Alvys, you will be responsible for driving the successful activation and performance of enterprise EDI integrations. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that EDI integrations are delivered on time, meet performance targets, and remain stable post-activation. This role is critical in scaling our EDI capabilities to meet the needs of our enterprise customers while achieving key performance metrics.

What you’ll do:
  • Manage the end-to-end process of enterprise EDI integration activations, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze integration performance against Shipper scorecard targets, implementing improvements as needed to meet or exceed goals.
  • Ensure the stability of activated integrations by proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact clients.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and technical teams to align on integration requirements, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Track and report on key metrics:
    • EDI on-time rate
    • EDI success rate
    • EDI stability rate
What we're looking for:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation, specifically working with EDI
  • Proven track record of managing complex integrations or deployments with enterprise customers
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor, analyze, and improve integration performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate effectively across teams
