This client partners with leading brands to optimize their digital marketplace presence through expert demand planning, site merchandising, and performance analysis. Their team is fast-paced, client-focused, and dedicated to solving complex business challenges with actionable insights.

Role Overview

This role is for a detail-oriented consulting professional to join an exciting and fast-paced Strategy Team. Ideal candidates are effective communicators with an affinity for client advocacy and experience working with large data sets to drive sales growth and solve complex business issues.

The Ecommerce Marketplaces Manager will develop skills and work primarily in demand planning and site merchandising in furtherance of clients’ e-commerce businesses. They will work closely with management and external project managers to execute site merchandising strategies, craft sales and demand planning forecasts, develop promotional calendars, provide performance reporting and analysis, as well as identify opportunities to improve profitability and drive additional incremental growth.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or other closely related major
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in business data analysis with Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proactive team player that welcomes challenges and leadership responsibilities
  • Experience in client management and business strategy
Preferred Skills
  • Quite fluent in Excel
  • Proficiency with SQL
  • Proficiency with Notion, Intenwise, and LookerStudio
  • Subject matter expertise in eCommerce, retail or supply-chain management
  • 3 to 6 years of first-hand experience working with Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Target+, Zalando, Tmall, Alibaba
