Location: United States (Remote) - CA or NY preferred

The Role

As the eCommerce Initiatives Manager for UGG North America, you’ll be at the forefront of driving innovation, operational excellence, and digital capability expansion for North America–specific initiatives. You’ll ensure alignment with global standards and occasionally participate in global programs. This role is perfect for a highly organized, detail-oriented project manager who thrives in cross-functional environments and has experience navigating the fast-paced, consumer-first world of digital commerce. You’ll oversee projects supporting the evolution of UGG.com and North America–specific programs, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with business objectives.

Your Impact

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with regional business partners and global stakeholders to implement new digital capabilities, including UGG.com and other strategic initiatives
  • Guide product teams in applying Agile practices to consistently deliver features and enhancements aligned with business priorities
  • Balance competing project constraints—scope, schedule, resources, risk, quality, and budget—to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Ensure compliance with key project controls, governance, and reporting standards throughout project lifecycles
  • Drive North America–specific rollout and adoption of new technologies, processes, and site features that enhance the consumer experience
  • Partner with technology teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and uptake of regional features
  • Monitor project dependencies and coordinate across teams to reduce risk and enable smooth execution
  • Focus primarily on North America programs while maintaining visibility into global dependencies and requirements
  • Generate, track, and analyze outcomes of major initiatives
  • Provide insights, reporting, and recommendations to leadership to ensure initiatives deliver against KPIs and business objectives
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience working on an eCommerce or digital-focused team (required)
  • 3–5+ years of project management experience in a cross-functional environment (preferred)
  • Experience with both Scrum/Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Preferred certifications (not required): PMP, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around shared goals
  • Comprehensive understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC) business systems, web platforms, and omnichannel technologies
  • Proven ability to scope, budget, and report on complex digital projects
  • Strong decision-making skills, even in fast-paced environments with limited information
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Creative yet tactical approach, with a focus on execution, follow-through, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to anticipate, troubleshoot, and resolve project challenges proactively
  • Enthusiasm for working in a growth-oriented, consumer-first brand environment

$105,000 - $115,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
