Job Title: eCommerce Go-To-Market Coordinator
Reports to: eCommerce GTM Manager
Location:  Remote – US

The Role

The Ecommerce Go-To-Market Coordinator will report to the Go-To-Market Manager of UGG North America eCommerce, playing a key role in supporting online business with execution of tasks associated with maintaining the online catalog. The Go-To-Market Coordinator will be responsible for managing product information and product launches, coordinating site assets, and driving continuous improvement in our processes, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. This role requires analytical attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to execute logistical tasks of the Ecommerce Go-To-Market team.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • 1. Product Management:
    • Manage and maintain accurate product information within the eCommerce platform, including product descriptions, attributes, and sizing details.
    • Coordinate the creation and loading of product copy and imagery for seasonal launches, ensuring all assets are available and accurate prior to launch.
    • Monitor and communicate launch timelines, proactively addressing and resolving any potential delays.
    • Upload and maintain model size information by UPC for each season.
    • Maintain and communicate product launch lists.
    • Ensure product attributes and sizing are correct prior to product launch.
  • 2. Asset Process Management:
    • Assign image paths and ensure all product images are correctly displayed on the website.
    • Create and manage product sets and OMNI lists to optimize product presentation and availability.
    • Own and manage the eCommerce imagery process, including submitting imagery needs and coordinating with the production team.
    • Create wireframes for site content to support product launches and promotional activities.
    • Coordinate product copy creation each season
  • 3. Project and Timeline Management:
    • Track and manage imagery project timelines and deliveries, ensuring timely availability of assets.
  • 4. Reporting and Innovation:
    • Drive continuous improvement in eCommerce processes to enhance team productivity and key performance indicators.
    • Assist in the maintenance of analytics dashboards to monitor eCommerce performance.
    • Support market and competitor research to inform brand messaging and improve customer experience.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 1-2 years experience in eCommerce, or a related field.
  • Online experience and knowledge of web design, site functionality, and /or digital marketing and experience in a branded product environment required.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of project management systems.
  • Industry knowledge of footwear and apparel styles and materials.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively.
  • Estimating and reporting abilities.
  • Experience working in Cloudinary, Salsify (or similar Product Information Management tool), FullStory, and Edited preferred.
  • Knowledge of trends in eCommerce and omnichannel retail.

$29 - 32/hour

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
