Job Title: eCommerce Content Manager, Teva & AHNU
Reports to:  Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing

Location: United States (Remote)

The Role

The eCommerce Content Manager is responsible for developing the digital storefront plans for Teva and AHNU, in partnership with the eCommerce team. These content plans are built to support product priorities based on brand positioning, sales projections, and marketplace priorities. In collaboration with the eCommerce, UX, and DTC buying teams, you will execute pre-season plans and make in-season adjustments to drive engagement and conversion. Additionally, you will provide insights on content performance to the Brand and Creative teams for future content strategy and in-season optimization.

Your Impact

  • Go to Market (GTM)
    • Own pre-season GTM calendar plans for Teva.com and AHNU.com
    • Partner with eCommerce teams to integrate commercial moments, key product marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling throughout the consumer journey onsite
    • Ensure content calendar alignment and communication to cross-functional partners; manage adjustments to plans
    • Request necessary assets to support forecasted sales or personalization efforts, adhering to creative processes and timelines
    • Contribute to onsite segmentation and personalization initiatives
    • Own the seasonal briefing process to brand teams for site content, ensuring seamless and optimized consumer onsite journey
    • Collaborate with merchant teams to understand investments and drive alignment (identify DTC Key Styles)
    • Partner with development team to ensure seamless site updates through Jira tickets, participating in scrum and UAT processes
  • Reporting
    • Own reporting cadence and structure on content performance and customer content journeys using 3rd party tools (FullStory)
    • Partner with eCommerce team and Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing on performance recap of key marketing initiatives
    • Monitor GTM performance, suggest and execute adjustments to drive sales and conversion
  • Innovations and Enhancements
    • Consult and inform on enhancements affecting product selling attributes
    • Innovate processes for calendar maintenance, efficiency, and communication
    • Collaborate with site team to align on experiences to A/B test
    • Contribute to a test and learn mindset, facilitating cross-functional test and learn approach

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or relevant experience
  • 5+ years of GTM management experience required
  • Experience with retail/eCommerce, fashion merchandising, project management required
  • Experience in a branded product environment preferred
  • Experience with FullStory, Monday, and Jira preferred
  • Industry knowledge of creative design and GTM practices
  • Proven ability to draw insights from data and present effectively to a variety of audiences
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Able to handle multiple projects with adherence to deadlines
  • Self-motivated and confident with decision making
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Able to build processes and best practices
  • Able to build relationships through effective collaboration

$90,000 - $100,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in Goleta, CA. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
