Company Description

Bask Health is a platform for telehealth, providing compliant and accessible no-code software for launching and scaling direct-to-consumer telehealth businesses. They offer electronic medical records, payment processing, pharmacy fulfillment and compounding, website building, and patient management systems. Bask Health aims to be the Shopify for e-prescribing.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying areas for improvement in clients' telehealth business, providing support and guidance to clients, and conducting regular check-ins to ensure clients' needs are met.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in account management, customer service, or a related field
  • Familiarity with telehealth and/or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in account management within a SaaS or eCommerce environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer success.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare or telehealth industry is a plus.
  • Proactive Mindset: Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
