The Role
As an Early Careers Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying and attracting diverse, high-caliber talent across university and entry-level pipelines. You will build meaningful networks, champion our employer brand in the marketplace, and serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers throughout the full recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Own the full lifecycle early career recruitment process, from proactive sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer creation, and closing.
- Design and execute innovative, data-informed recruiting strategies that attract top talent with diverse backgrounds and skill sets.
- Manage a high volume of informational interviews and candidate interactions to maintain a robust and competitive applicant pool.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Develop a deep understanding of business hiring needs and build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic Talent Partner, influencing decision-makers to ensure recruiting outcomes align with the organization's business goals.
- Collaborate with global HR team members on cross-functional initiatives and departmental projects.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship to a Recruitment Coordinator.
Campus & Community Engagement
- Influence and contribute to a targeted campus recruiting strategy, cultivating strong relationships with career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
- Represent the company at campus recruiting events, career fairs, and community networking events to connect with emerging talent and elevate brand awareness.
Candidate Experience
- Deliver an exceptional, consistent candidate experience by ensuring timely, transparent communication at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Serve as an ambassador for our culture and values throughout every candidate interaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on early career and university recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and high-volume workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand complex organizational structures and translate hiring needs into effective recruiting strategies.
- Proven ability to build influential partnerships across all levels of the organization.
- A collaborative team player with a high sense of urgency, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable operating autonomously and navigating ambiguous or complex recruitment situations with sound judgment.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak recruiting seasons, particularly in the fall.
Location
- This role is hybrid, based out of the New York or Los Angeles office.
Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $99K-$131K in Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY. This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
