Job Responsibilities:
Lead fellow team members in meeting or exceeding customer requirements
Operate resistance spot weld machines; assemble components to produce quality finished goods
Complete SPC (Statistical Process Control) charts as needed
Weld destruct testing & recording of data
Basic machine maintenance/weld tip changes
100% visual inspection & packaging of product
Tagging and labeling per the work instructions
Safely operate forklift to move materials and finished goods
Enforce company policies as outlined in employee handbook
Create and implement Continuous Improvement suggestions
Work to increase efficiency and reduce scrap
Help to control overtime
Housekeeping and other activities as assigned
