ROLE OVERVIEW
The E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist will focus primarily on supporting and scaling Aprés Nail’s Amazon international marketplaces, including UK, JP, DE, etc. This role will manage day-to-day international account operations, coordinate global FBA logistics, optimize listings and advertising, and monitor performance across regions.
The position will also assist with Amazon US, TikTok and Walmart initiatives as needed, helping support listing optimization, promotions, reporting, and operational tasks.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in Amazon Seller Central, with strong execution skills and an interest in international e-commerce growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Amazon International Marketplace Management (Primary Focus)
- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon international marketplaces (UK, JP, DE, etc.).
- Create, localize, and optimize product listings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong conversion performance.
- Coordinate international FBA shipments, monitor inventory levels, and prevent stockouts.
- Assist with VAT, compliance, and marketplace-specific requirements in partnership with internal teams and third-party providers.
- Monitor international account health, customer feedback, and performance notifications.
- Execute promotional campaigns and advertising initiatives tailored to individual marketplaces.
- Track and report on key performance metrics including sales, traffic, conversion rate, TACOS, and ROAS.
- Ensure compliance with international product regulations (including labeling, safety standards, documentation, and restricted product policies) across all marketplaces.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend optimizations based on regional performance trends.
Amazon US Support (Secondary Focus)
- Assist the Marketplace Manager with Amazon US listing updates, content optimizations, and keyword research.
- Support promotional setup, pricing updates, and merchandising execution.
- Help monitor account health, stranded inventory, reimbursements, and operational issues.
- Assist with PPC campaign reporting and performance analysis.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting across Amazon US and international marketplaces.
Operational & Reporting Responsibilities
- Create and manage FBA shipments for domestic and international fulfillment centers.
- Monitor inventory forecasting in collaboration with the operations team.
- Conduct regular audits of listings to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance.
- Pull and compile performance reports summarizing revenue, ad spend, and key marketplace insights.
- Support cross-functional communication between marketing, operations, and finance teams.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Experience with Amazon international marketplaces strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Amazon global selling tools, FBA logistics, and international compliance basics.
- Working knowledge of Amazon PPC campaign management and performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of marketplace KPIs including CVR, CTR, TACOS, ROAS, and inventory health.
- Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, AsinZen, or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
