Job Responsibilities :
RAZER, the world’s leading lifestyle brand for gamers, is looking for a passionate and driven E-Commerce Channel Marketing Intern to join our Razer USA E-Commerce team for a full-time, 3-month, in-office summer internship from end of May to August.
About the Role:
As an E-Commerce Channel Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in optimizing and managing product listings across various e-tail platforms. Working closely with our E-Commerce and Marketing teams, you’ll ensure that product content is accurate, engaging, and designed to maximize sales.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in online merchandising, learn the ins and outs of gaming hardware and peripherals, and contribute directly to the success of product launches and promotions.
Key Responsibilities & Objectives:

Product Setup & Launch Support:

Assist in setting up new products on e-tail platforms, ensuring all product attributes, images, and descriptions are accurate and compelling.

Deploy and publish new assets (images, videos, copy) to product detail pages for timely and impactful launches.

Content Management & Updates:
-
Publish updated attributes and fresh content to existing product pages as needed.

Execute new product variations and implement updates to existing variations for consistency and appeal.

Support the creation of virtual bundles by managing the content upload process and ensuring all details align with brand standards.

Maintenance & Optimization:

Conduct daily listing maintenance to monitor for errors, inaccuracies, or compliance issues.

Generate routine reports to track product performance, listing quality, and content accuracy.

Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve any listing discrepancies swiftly.

Competitive Analysis & Opportunity Identification:

Conduct research on competitors to identify industry best practices, emerging trends, and untapped opportunities.

Present findings and actionable insights that can enhance product pages, improve search rankings, and elevate the customer experience.

Assist with other related projects and tasks as assigned, contributing to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment.

Pre-Requisites :
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field in an accredited school.

Strong attention to detail, particularly in content accuracy and online merchandising.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart.com) and content management systems is a plus.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools is advantageous.

Passion for gaming, technology, and online retail is highly desirable.
