Job Description:

  • 10+ years of experience
  • ISO Knowledge and Understanding a must
  • DCT ISO knowledge and Understanding a plus
  • Commercial Auto, General Liability, Inland Marine & Package knowledge
  • Agile Experience a plus
  • JIRA Experience a plus
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Experience working with Offshore Resources
  • Experience with Duck Creek Technologies a must (provide demos of system during reviews)
  • Knowledge & Experience with MS Word & Excel (document creation, properties, fields, formatting, etc.)
  • Ability to provide clear communications to client Business Unit
  • Provide open communication and support to Business Unit as well as Internal Team Leads and IT Team
  • Experience in providing support to Executive Management Team
  • Ability to work within a Team environment while also maintaining ability to be independently motivated
  • Ability to work remote and maintain accessibility
  • Well versed with US P&C Insurance. Should have experience working on Insurance Product implementation. Requirements Gathering and documentation. Gap Analysis. Functional design and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Duck Creek Technologies a must (provide demos of system during reviews)
