Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Spotify, we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.

As a Driver at Revivn, you'll play a critical role in our mission to give new life to old technology. This position is much more than driving—you're one of the primary faces of Revivn, providing white glove service to our customers while ensuring the secure collection, transportation, and handling of enterprise IT assets.

You'll operate a 26-foot box truck to complete scheduled pickups throughout the Fresno area and surrounding regions, averaging 7-10 collection trips each week. You'll regularly interact with building management, security personnel, and client representatives to coordinate pickups, maintain chain of custody, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

When you're not on the road, you'll support warehouse and facilities operations by receiving and processing incoming hardware, preparing equipment for future pickups, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

This is an in-person position based in Fresno, California. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate 26-foot box trucks to transport IT equipment throughout the Fresno area and regional locations.
  • Coordinate and execute white glove pickups of enterprise IT equipment from customer offices, data centers, and commercial buildings.
  • Serve as a professional representative of Revivn during every customer interaction, demonstrating excellent communication, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Load, unload, secure, and transport unboxed electronics and other technology equipment while maintaining chain of custody and protecting customer assets.
  • Assist with inventory tracking, including scanning, documenting, and accurately processing hardware as required.
  • Support facilities operations, including equipment cleaning, hardware processing, and maintaining an organized warehouse.
  • Help maintain inventory accuracy and prepare materials for shipment or customer collection.
  • Follow all DOT regulations, company safety procedures, and vehicle inspection requirements.

Schedule & Travel Expectations

This position is primarily scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm; however, flexibility is essential to meet customer pickup schedules.

  • Overtime is regularly available and expected based on business needs.
  • Some pickup routes require an earlier start time than the standard schedule.
  • Regional trips may involve extended workdays, with drivers typically returning by or before 7:00pm.
  • Occasional travel throughout Central California, Greater Los Angeles Area, the Bay Area, and surrounding regions is required.
  • Candidates should be comfortable with varying daily schedules while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout each trip.

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating commercial vehicles, including box trucks (up to 26 feet) or larger.
  • Comfortable driving throughout Fresno, the greater Bay Area, and regional destinations.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, building management, and security personnel.
  • Experience working in customer-facing environments while representing an organization professionally.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and transport equipment weighing 50 pounds or more.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical work throughout the day.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately handle inventory and follow operational processes.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Working knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.

If this sounds like you, apply! If you don’t meet all of the qualifications but think you could be a match, we’d still love the chance to review your application.

We embrace diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment. At Revivn, we encourage people from all ages, abilities, and experiences to apply. Revivn does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ancestry, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital or family status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, pregnancy or caregiver status, veteran status, or any other legally protected status.

The salary for a Driver and Facilities Associate is $23-27/hr. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
