Cambridge International Systems is proud to participate as an approved partner in the Department of War SkillBridge Program. This fellowship provides transitioning active-duty service members with the opportunity to gain hands-on civilian work experience while still serving on active duty.
Participants will complete a full-time fellowship during their final six months of military service, allowing them to begin their civilian career transition while continuing to receive full military compensation and benefits.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on real-world projects
- Participating in professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities
- Specific duties will vary based on placement and organizational needs.
Who Should Apply
This program is ideal for:
- Active-duty service members within 180 days of separation or retirement
- Individuals approved (or in the process of approval) by their command to participate in SkillBridge
- Candidates seeking hands-on experience to prepare for a civilian career
- Service members with strong work ethic, adaptability, and a desire to learn
- Real-world civilian work experience with Cambridge
- Opportunity to build professional networks and civilian career skills
- Smooth transition from military to civilian workforce
- Continued receipt of full military pay, allowances, and benefits during the fellowship
- Potential consideration for full-time employment following successful program completion (not guaranteed)
- This is not a paid position by Cambridge; participants remain on active duty and are compensated by the U.S. military.
- Participation requires command approval and adherence to DOW SkillBridge requirements.
