About this opportunity:
We are now looking for BO Operations Engineer who will handle and operate on a large scale "CS & IMS network and CS & IMS network Infrastructure" network by performing all level-1 operation activities plus creating internal knowledge bases sessions for information sharing purposes
What you will do:
    • Back office L1 MS engineer responsible for IMS, CS, UDC, VoWiFi & fixed domains.
    • Providing first level technical analysis, and solution regarding hardware and configuration problems as per SLA.
    • Specialized troubleshooting for IMS, CS, UDC & fixed products.
    • Ensuring fast response, accurate actions, and decisions during crisis.
    • Verifying test cases and ensuring the applicability according to the network current setup scenarios.
    • Periodic auditing on license-controlled nodes to raise flag in case of traffic profile changes.
    • Fault management including TT handling and fault localization within SLA
    • DT MOP Preparation and CR Implementation
    • 1st level operation engineers' performance during shift time and share the knowledge and proper guidelines to assure their work quality and process consistency

The skills you bring:
  • BSc. degree in Electrical Engineering, major in Communication and Electronic Engineering
  • Good knowledge of 2G/3G/LTE/IMS/EPC network architecture and different protocols, like SIP, Diameter, BICC, SIGTRAN ,CAMEL,MAP , ..etc.
  • Detailed understanding of different voice core scenarios and signaling flows
  • At least 2 Years of proven experience in Voice core Network operation and maintenance as second level Operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience in O&M of different Voice Core CS nodes like MSC, MGWs, STP, UDC, APG, etc
  • Strong hands-on solving experience as a second level operations on IMS nodes like SBG, MTAS, CSCF, Ipworks, Eme ..etc
  • Good knowledge of Virtualization, Cloud NFVI, and NFVO is highly preferred.
